I like eggs that are just barely cooked. So for me I did a 4 minute soft-boiled egg. And for the aggravation I put up with peeling a really soft-boiled egg, I might as well have just made poached eggs!! You can cook it longer of course to get to your desired firmness of the egg. To me the more ooze to the yolk, the better. 6-7 Minutes for a Medium Firmness, 8-9 Minutes for a Hard-boiled egg. Dealer’s Choice!
