Bacon and Cheddar Dip

Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream!!? Then we all think it’s healthy because we dip raw vegetables into it. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but all things in moderation. It definitely packs a flavourful punch. Eat responsibly 🙂

All You Need

  • 1 1/4 Cup, Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ~4 Green Onions, chopped
  • 3/4 Cup, Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4 Cup, Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup, Sour Cream (or yogurt)
  • 6 oz. Bacon, chopped, crispy
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

The Fun Parts

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well to combine all of the ingredients well.
  3. TASTE and adjust the seasonings to your liking.
  4. Refrigerate a couple of hours minimum before serving.
  5. Serve with your favourite dipping foods.
