All You Need

  • 2 Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey (adjusted to taste)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced (adjusted to taste)
  • Salt, to taste

The Fun Parts

  1. Place the cantaloupe, lemon juice, honey, ginger and salt in a blender (split the ingredients into two batches if necessary) and process them until completely smooth.
  2. Add the milk and blend until well combined.
  3. TASTE and adjust the seasonings (honey, lemon, ginger, salt).
  4. Serve from a chilled container into well chilled bowls, with chilled spoons.
